At Anh Em we offer a wide range of authentic sushi. By doing so we particularly pay attention to the quality of the freshly caught fish and the pure taste of the various components.

Through our fusion cuisine approach, we aim to create interesting combinations of cultural imprints. At Anh Em, rural Vietnam meets the roaring big city of Berlin.
